Introduction to the Netigate plattform and Feedback Management
Alexandra Drottler, Head of Customer Success Management at Netigate, will kick off the day by sharing tips and tricks on how to work successfully with surveys. The session will follow with Erik Terzi, Customer Success Manager, who will talk more about how to create successful surveys using the various functions and features available in Netigate. You will also learn how to distribute your surveys and read the results in the report environment.
