The Swedish cloud service provider Netigate continues to grow and has doubled in size over the last three years. In 2018, the company grew by 21% and saw revenue of 134 million SEK, with 6 million in profit. ‘We are proud to have achieved strong organic growth while managing to make a profit at the same time’, says Tom Nyman, Chairman of the Board at Netigate.
Netigate develops and provides cloud-based services, with a focus on surveys used for customer experience, employee experience, and market research.
Also contributing to their international growth is the success of the company’s German division. In 2018, it became larger than the home market in Sweden for the first time, supported by strong and steady growth across the business’s other offices.
‘Our international expansion has gone according to plan. We are happy to see that our efforts in Germany have paid off and put us in a stronger position during 2018. It shows that we’re on the right path!’
–Tom Nyman
Netigate’s growth is not only due to their international expansion and increased sales efforts. There has been a shift in how companies work with data, and the demand for feedback as a basis for decisions is growing.
‘We can see a shift in the market. For instance, sales data can give you a quick insight into sales performance, but an increasing number of companies are interested in feedback data to understand why their customers decide to buy a certain product. The same applies for employee feedback, especially within industries like tech where there is a shortage of talent.’
–Niklas Olsson, Chief Commercial Officer at Netigate
Netigate’s plans for expansion will continue into 2019, with their sights set on entering the UK market next.
