To celebrate the opening of Netigate’s new Helsinki office, we invite you to an inspiring morning of insights, discussion, and networking.

We’re excited to welcome Anna-Maija Tanninen, Founder of CX Agency, who will share her perspective from nearly two decades of working at the intersection of customer experience, strategy, and organisational change, both as a consultant and in-house CX leader at KONE. In her keynote, Anna-Maija will explore why many CX initiatives struggle to gain real traction at executive level, and how to change that. She will share practical insights on: 

• Why CX should be framed through business strategy, not CX itself.  
• What leaders actually want to hear, and where we often miss the mark.  
• How to bring CX to the CEO’s table, rather than trying to bring the CEO to CX. 

After the session, we’ll continue the conversation over breakfast in our new office, with fellow CX professionals and the Netigate team.
