Stockholm, 14 May 2025. Netigate is proud to announce a strategic collaboration with Enento Group aimed at reshaping and advancing how Enento Group uses AI and advanced analytics in their Customer Experience.  

The collaboration focuses on leveraging generative AI to analyze large volumes of customer feedback, providing businesses with more insights and further enhancing their data-driven decision-making processes. Enento will analyze all customer interactions, from support conversations to digital website visits and customer journey surveys with Netigate. The aim is to build a new framework where the customer’s voice gets fully integrated into product and service development.
