Felix Oberholzer-Gee is the Andreas Andresen Professor of Business administration in the Strategy Unit at Harvard Business School. Felix’s research and consulting focus on competitive strategy, international competition, and non-market strategy. His new book Better, Simpler strategy is a guide for making better strategic decisions and was named one of the best strategy books of 2021 by strategy+business magazine.
