Commonly asked questions about Netigate Surveys
The main difference is how reporting is done. Typically, you send a survey and you look at the results of that survey. If you want to see how that compares to previous surveys, or to other surveys, or if you want to slice and dice the results to look at different offices, products, segments – this all requires a lot of work and clicks. To be honest, sometimes it is not even possible.
With Netigate Surveys instead, you can create real-time dashboards based on custom criteria, and they get populated with data as responses come in.
For example, let’s say that you want to look at NPS results across years, highlighting differences between countries, stores, and even product categories. In Netigate Surveys, you build a dashboard with such criteria, and you can see all of that in one single view, and in real-time.
We believe that this is a way to look at surveys that facilitates actions and business results.
And of course, Netigate Surveys also checks all the boxes of a traditional survey tool – like customisation, logics, types of questions, different options for distributions, and so on.
As a matter of fact, you can.
We have built Netigate Surveys to welcome as much data as possible, also from third-party tools. Indeed, you could also get data from public reviews or your customer support tool, for example. Imagine seeing in the same view your Google Reviews score, your NPS score, your CSat score, and how different segments rate you at these different moments of their journey. With Netigate Surveys, you can.
While a limited amount of people can create and distribute surveys, we do not charge per user when it comes to sharing and accessing dashboards and results.
So, if you want to share with your 10,000 colleagues, you can do that, at no additional cost.
Keeping our customers and our customers’ respondents data safe has always been central to everything we do at Netigate. We store and process data within the European Union, we are fully GDPR compliant, and we are certified with IEC/ISO27001:2013.
