How We Gather and Analyze Data AI's Role in Breaking Down Complex Data Why Our Approach Matters

At Netigate, we believe in harnessing the power of technology to create tangible benefits and value for our Customers, while at the same time ensuring the highest level of privacy. Central to this belief is our commitment to transparency. As our valued Customers, you have a right to know how we use AI and large language models (LLMs) to deliver actionable insights and suggestions to improve your business. Let’s delve deeper into our process.

How We Gather and Analyze Data

  1. Engagement Driver Data: We use specially designed pulse surveys to focus on what drives your employees to be more engaged in specific areas – be it benefits, work culture, leadership styles, or any other motivating factor.
  2. Employee Engagement Data: Here we use a mathematical model to aggregate and calculate how engaged your employees are in their roles. This allows us to gauge their motivation, commitment, and overall job satisfaction.
  3. Text and Sentiment Data: By analyzing feedback, reviews, and comments, we understand the sentiments behind the words, and which key factors matter to them the most. Giving us a clear picture of how your employees feel about different aspects of their work environment.
  4. Anonymisation: Of course employee trust and safety is key, that is why our LLM models anonymise and re-write employee feedback in such way that they cannot be traced back. No Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is sent or processed in our AI models ensuring that this information is not shared with any third party.

AI's Role in Breaking Down Complex Data

While the data we collect is rich and insightful, it can also be voluminous and intricate, making clear next steps difficult to deduct. Here’s how we use AI to make sense of it all:

This can be broken down in simple steps of generating trends, articulating trends as insights, match insights to a database of actions.

  1. Generate Trends with models: We use combination of mathematical models and our self-trained narrow AI models to predict trends and developments based on data. Think of these models as specialists – experts in a particular domain, predicting outcomes with a certain level of certainty. Their training contain no PII and only the data approved by you.
  2. Insight Articulation with LLMs: Once we have forecasts from our narrow models or gathered enough Engagement Data to spot a trend, our generative models step in. These models use the trends and charts from historical Customer data in an effort to articulate and explain the observation from dashboards, called Insights. These can sometimes also appear as potential actions, but are mean to help you interpret observations.
  3. Action curation and accuracy: Some actions generated might be of lower accuracy. To ensure the best results, we match these suggestions, together with the raw answer data, against a curated database of proven actions known to drive positive outcomes. These actions are based on scientific methods and are chosen by our in-house Netigate Consulting team. This ensures that the recommendations we provide aren’t just based on AI predictions but also grounded in proven strategies.
