How do you work efficiently with employee engagement surveys? The benefits of using the eNPS benchmark to prevent decreasing employee engagement.
November 13, 2018
Measuring employee engagement annually through employee surveys is nothing new. Most companies and organisations use surveys to get detailed knowledge of the areas that are working well in a company. It also, perhaps more importantly, highlight areas of improvement.
The problem however with a larger yearly survey is that it will only give you a snapshot of the opinions about the employees’ workplace right at the moment it is taken. You therefore do not get a continuous picture of the staff’s attitudes and engagement levels over the year.
Because of the changing nature of most organisations, measuring employee satisfaction continuously is very important. Especially since we know that highly engaged employees are strongly connected to the profitability and results of an organisation.
This whitepaper covers how to work efficiently with employee engagement surveys and also explains the value of the employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS).
