We have worked closely with our users to get valuable insights about needs and wishes from people who work with this process every day. After a successful beta test period that gave us great feedback to make the final tweaks, we are now ready to launch the new release. The new updated version has several upsides and improvements. To summarize – it is a faster, easier and smarter process to a survey creation.

- Get started instantly – create your questions right away and change your settings later on
- Interactive surveys – easier to include different types of media in your surveys
- Multichannel distribution – combine e-mail, SMS, links, logins, QR-codes and panels to collect answers, all in the same survey.
- Manage your respondents – create and update respondent lists and upload or edit respondent data.
- Build your brand – easier to design your own e-mail templates.
The improved version is available to all our license customers and of course totally free of charge.
We will offer online training free of charge for all users. These training sessions are held every week making the switch as smooth as possible. Every user can individually choose a training session of their choice and no travels are needed as the sessions are held via webinars. Quick, easy and convenient!
How to switch over to the new improved version
The switch is made per Netigate account and not per individual user.
- If you have access to a Netigate account where more users are active you need to contact your account administrator. The account administrator will ask us to switch the account over. If you don’t know who the account administrator is, please e-mail our support to find out who to contact.
- If you are the only active user in the account you can contact our support directly to make the switch
