Netigate to Provide Customer Insight for CSN

Netigate is proud to announce that it has been chosen to provide a new, state-of-the-art customer insights system for CSN, the Swedish Government authority which oversees financial aid for students and home equipment loans for foreign citizens (mainly refugees).

Customer experience in focus

With a strong focus on its customers’ experiences and their needs, the Netigate Customer Insight Platform will form a core part of CSN’s efforts to understand its users better and improve the level of its services in line with their expectations. With their new platform, CSN will be able to collect vital and real-time customer feedback allowing for in-depth analysis and better informed decision making at all levels.

The strict criteria for CSN’s decision and their expectations of what was to be provided led them to choosing Netigate, because of their ability to deliver an easy-to-use, yet powerful, feedback platform. The Netigate platform is capable of serving a huge variety of user needs as well as managing complex projects simultaneously. It will give CSN a fast, flexible and secure process for collecting a wide range of web-based and mobile-responsive feedback and will collate this data in an easily accessible manner.

CSN approves and distributes Swedish financial aid for studying, which includes both grants and loans to students in Sweden and abroad. In 2015 CSN paid out study allowances to 398,000 students, student aid to 476,000 students, study allowance for the disabled to 400 students, TUFF-compensation to 160 parents and provided home equipment loans to 13,400 people.
