Continued growth in the Dutch market has lead Netigate to drive expansion with a new hire at the Stockholm office: Dutch-native, Esther van de Merwe.
Continued expansion across international markets
As online feedback software company Netigate continue to expand across international markets, a new addition has been made to the international team at the Stockholm headquarters. Esther van de Merwe joins as Sales Representative, bringing both her experience in sales, marketing and HR, together with her knowledge of Dutch culture, business practices and native understanding of the language.
“In this role my goal is to extend the number of collaborations with Dutch companies,” explains van de Merwe, “At the same time, I aim to help companies in the Netherlands increase their customer satisfaction and employee engagement by working with Netigate and our feedback management platform – for insights that improve companies’ sales and motivate and develop talented employees.”
Saeid Mirzaie, CEO at Netigate commented: “While many Swedish companies set up international hubs outside Stockholm, or have local offices in each new market that they target; we have been lucky enough to find great talents who are willing to move and work from our headquarters in Stockholm. With regards to the Dutch market, we are seeing great business opportunities thanks to the relocation of some companies from the UK to the Netherlands due to Brexit; similarities in business culture; and more than 450,000 medium to large companies.”
Van de Merwe started her new role at Netigate in June this year. She is Netigate’s fourth colleague from the Netherlands. In her role as Sales Representative, she will be responsible for business based in the Netherlands including existing and new clients.
